Luca Di Costanzo is a senior executive with 20 years of experience and a proven track record in integrating customer needs and increasing productivity of transactional processes. He has demonstrated strong analytical ability while leading both global and local projects by exceeding project goals and creating strong teams in a multi-cultural environment.
Prior to joining Motu Novu, Mr. Di Costanzo was the Lean Six Sigma Leader and Master Black Belt for Global Finance Processes at Trane, reporting to the global CFO. In this role, Mr. Di Costanzo led productivity efforts for approximately 20 Black Belts and 370 Green Belts with special focus on North America activities. Previously, Mr. Di Costanzo managed the set-up of Lean Six Sigma structure in the Trane EMEA Distribution region. Mr. Di Costanzo was the first Black Belt certified, and later on, as Master Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Leader, he was responsible for more than $10 million in savings. Before joining the Lean Six Sigma program, Mr. Di Costanzo was a finance executive for the Italian subsidiaries of large multi-national companies, including Trane, Courtaulds and ExxonMobil, supporting finance reorganization and leading implementation of both SAP and Oracle ERP modules.
Most recently, Mr. Di Costanzo is Visiting Professor for LIUC - Carlo Cattaneo University, focusing on Six Sigma implementation for SMEs in Italy. In addition to being an educator, Mr. Di Costanzo wrote a chapter in the "Business Encyclopaedia” by Pirola on the topic of "Competitive Strategies".
Mr. Di Costanzo holds a MS Degree with Honors in Economics from the Bocconi University of Milan and a MBA from University of Bologna. He is proficient in Italian and English. He lives in Milan area with his wife Letizia and daughters Benedetta, Alessandra and Giorgia.
