Mr. Musolino served as Director of the Business Development in the optoelectronic industry driving the growth of new business units both through internal development and international M&A projects. Most recently he served as General Manager for a multinational company with full P&L responsibility on multi-million business in plastic automotive goods.

Since then he has performed consultant assignments “to speed up the growth” of SMEs in Italy carrying out several business plans including strategic marketing analysis, business process and business model re-engineering. Mr. Musolino contribution to business development takes place not only in the planning phase but also more importantly in the execution one being available to perform temporary management in areas as varied as supply chain and outsourcing set up, new product lines launch, commercial re-organization and key-account management. Beyond his technical skills his achievements were made possible by his teamwork ability and his focus on continually developing people’s the skills and talents, as well as by establishing win-win relationships with partners and customers.

Mr. Musolino holds an MSc degree in Physics, quantum-electronic branch, from University of Milan (summa cum laude).
