Edward Parsons is a Certified Public Accountant with significant experience in working with both new ventures and corporate clients. He has led full cycle accounting offices with annual revenues in excess of $10 million, and has served as assistant controller for companies with annual revenues of up to $25 million.

With the experience of managing accounting transactions of Fortune 100 companies such as Liberty Mutual Group, Fidelity Investments, and Aramark Corporation, Mr. Parsons has deep knowledge of large scale accounting operations, including Automatic Data Processing and corporate managed payable processes. He is proficient in daily operations inherent to a full in-house accounting office, and GAAP interpretations to handle unique transactions. In addition, he has worked extensively with startups and SMEs. He understands the reporting requirements both from the GAAP and management perspectives, as well as the accounting challenges in a small business environment.

Mr. Parsons holds a BS from Universidad de La Sabana, Colombia and a MS in Accounting from University of Massachusetts Boston.
