Jerrica Tan is a specialist in product management, supply chain operations and business development for the consumer products and services industry. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has either led or participated in projects which successfully generated revenue growth and savings of more than $35 million. She has served major corporations such as 3M, Design Continuum, Accenture and Liz Claiborne, working in partnership with Procter & Gamble, Kimberly-Clark, Johnson & Johnson, Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget, Unicharm, Siemens, Neiman Marcus, Barneys NY, Saks Fifth Avenue and others.

Early in her career, Ms. Tan worked as Project Engineer collaborating with major engineering consulting firms like Kellogg, Brown & Root, ADP Marshall, Fluor Daniel and JGC Corporation in new processes and systems implementation for the electronics and energy industries. Her diverse experience spans Asia Pacific, the US and Europe. She is proficient in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay and currently undertaking the study of Italian.

Ms. Tan graduated with honors from The University of Birmingham, UK with a B.E. in Manufacturing Engineering. She holds an MBA from Hult International Business School and Boston College Carroll School of Management.
